REFUND POLICY

In-Store Returns

If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may exchange or return your item or items FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused full-priced items with all of the original tags and accessories attached to each item. Sale, discounted items, bodysuits, bathing suits and lingerie are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Any worn items without tags or without a receipt will not be returnable.

Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit return.

 

Online Returns

If you’re not in love with your online purchase, you may return it for exchange or a refund less the shipping charges within 14  days of purchase. The returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and proof of purchase, for a refund of the original form of payment. They must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). All SALE and FINAL sale items are FINAL SALE.  


To return, please email: thedragonflylexington@gmail.com and we will respond within one business day. All pre-authorized returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date and sent back to us. Once you have been authorized to make your return or exchange, send back the items to:
